Flamenco Agency is pleased to announce its return to the Asia-Pacific Performing Arts Centres Association (AAPPAC) Conference, taking place in Hong Kong from October 6-9, 2026.
This year’s edition is particularly meaningful as AAPPAC celebrates its 30th Anniversary, bringing together performing arts professionals from across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.
Since first attending AAPPAC in 2019, Flamenco Agency has built valuable relationships with presenters, venues, and cultural institutions throughout Asia. These connections have led to artistic collaborations, touring opportunities, and long-term partnerships that continue to strengthen our presence in the region.
Following previous participations in 2022 and 2024, we are excited to reconnect with colleagues and friends while exploring new opportunities for the artists and productions we represent. We are also grateful for the visibility and support received from AAPPAC throughout the years, including being featured in the AAPPAC Newsletter.
Following AAPPAC, our CEO Jaime Trancoso will remain in Hong Kong to attend HKPAX 2026 from October 9-13, as this organization has decided to invite him for the conference! By participating in both events during a single trip, Flamenco Agency continues its commitment to sustainable international engagement while maximizing opportunities for collaboration and cultural exchange.
As a result of its commitment to the performing arts, Flamenco Agency maintains a consortium and concerted actions with the International Society for the Performing Arts (ISPA). Simultaneously, it forms part of the business circle of the Association of Asia Pacific Performing Arts Centres (AAPPAC), is now an Affiliate Member of the International Artist Managers’ Association (IAMA) and has collaborated closely with the most prestigious festivals of the European Festivals Association (EFA). Finally, Flamenco Agency has been participating annually at the most prestigious conferences for the performing arts such as Arts Festivals Summit (EFA), APAP, China SPAF, CINARS, Classical Next, Exib Música, HKPAX, IETM, Mapas Mercado Cultural, Opera Europa, Ópera Latinoamérica (OLA), PAMS, Sibiu Performing Arts Market (SIPAM), Tanzmesse or WOMEX.
We look forward to celebrating AAPPAC’s 30th Anniversary and continuing to strengthen our connections with the international performing arts community!
