Laura de los Ángeles at Piazza di Spagna for Piano City Roma, October 3, 2026

ROME | OCTOBER 3, 2026. Under the warm October sun, the golden light of Rome will intertwine with the fiery spirit of Andalusia as Sevillian flamenco pianist Laura de Los Ángeles steps onto one of the world’s most breathtaking open-air stages. As part of Piano City Roma 2026, Laura de Los Ángeles will perform at the iconic Piazza di Spagna on Saturday, October 3, offering two captivating outdoor performances at 16:00 and 17:30.

Born in Seville in 1986, Laura de Los Ángeles first surrendered her hands to the piano at the age of eleven within the historic walls of the Conservatoire of Triana. Her creative journey flourished through rigorous classical mastery at the Cristóbal de Morales Professional Conservatoire and deep immersion in the roots of flamenco in Córdoba. Beyond the piano, her artistic language encompasses percussion, vivid composition, and magnetic stage presence. At Flamenco Agency, we are immensely proud to represent such an extraordinary artist, bringing the soul and brilliance of Andalusian piano to Roma.

The setting of the Rome performance adds another layer to the event. Piazza di Spagna and the Spanish Steps have a long-standing connection with international cinema. Most famously, the location appears in William Wyler’s Roman Holiday (1953), starring Audrey Hepburn and Gregory Peck. The Spanish Steps are among the film’s Rome locations and became one of the most recognizable images associated with the movie. The location has continued to appear in international film and television, reinforcing Piazza di Spagna’s identity as one of Rome’s most cinematic spaces.

For the Flamenco Agency, Laura’s appearance in Rome represents another international presentation of an artist whose work is firmly rooted in Seville and in the musical language of flamenco. Now, her melodies cross borders once more, inviting Rome to listen as the keys breathe life into the timeless story of flamenco.

Laura de Los Ángeles will perform on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at Piazza di Spagna in Rome. The official Piano City Roma programme currently lists the two outdoor performances at 16:00 and 17:30, with free admission subject to available capacity. Further artist information can be found on the Flamenco Agency website.
