Based in Madrid, the company is currently touring with its project “Flamenco Fusion” around the Spanish theatres, as in the Teatro Reina Victoria in Madrid, as well as on the international scene, debuting at the renowned Sibiu International Theatre Festival in Romania. “Rhythmic, brilliant and with a great corps de ballet”, this is a Spanish dance and flamenco show accessible to all ages. An overwhelming production that challenges the boundaries of Spanish dance and flamenco by merging them with the fascinating jazz world and substituting the paradigm of the flamenco guitar for the violin. The production captivates the public from the very first moment with a unique combination of tradition and avant-garde.
On this path, the production blends all styles of Spanish dance with an astonishing talent, by the music of Ara Malikian, Jose Luis Montón, Roberto Pacheco and Fernando Egozcue. The music connects tradition and modernity, enhancing the scenic experience as well as adding emotion and energy on every occasion. This is outstanding staging, with detailed lightning, customs and scenery that encompass the elegance and strength of each gesture. The ensemble of 9 dancers and 5 live musicians creates an enveloping and dynamic atmosphere, transporting the audience on an emotional journey through music and dance.
